The Town's right-of-way regulations are established by the Town Council and set forth in CMC 12.20
. There is a non-refundable application fee of $25.00. Applications should be summited no less than 30-days prior to the intended start date of any event and may be subject to council approval.
Persons or organizations that wish to conduct a special event that affects the customary and ordinary use of public streets, rights-of-way, sidewalks and publicly owned property, i.e., parks, must first obtain a right-of-way permit.Business Activities:
No person or entity shall perform construction, surveying, geological or any other labor, or park or store equipment or goods in such a way as to affect the customary and ordinary use of public streets, rights-of-way, sidewalks and publicly owned property, i.e., parks, without first having obtained a right-of-way use permit from the town of Cathlamet.
