Please use this form to establish a new account on a property with existing service. For new connections/hook-ups, use the Utility Connections Form. Connection fees can be viewed here.

To view the Town's regulations on utilities, please view CMC Title 13. A refundable deposit is required for all new service accounts and are as follows: $100 for water or sewer only accounts; and $200 for water and sewer accounts. Deposits are credited to your account after 1-year of good payment history, i.e. no late payments or refunded upon account closure.
