Please use this form to establish a new account on a property with existing service. For new connections/hook-ups, use the Utility Connections Form. Connection fees can be viewed here.

To view the Town's regulations on utilities, please view CMC Title 13. A refundable deposit is required for all new service accounts and are as follows: $100 for water or sewer only accounts; and $200 for water and sewer accounts. Deposits are credited to your account after 1-year of good payment history, i.e. no late payments or refunded upon account closure.

I/we, the undersigned, acknowledge and agree to pay all costs associated with my utility service, including the utility deposit and any other required fees prior to or at the time of establishing service. Further, I/we agree to indemnify the town from any loss or damage that may directly or indirectly be caused by the installation or repair of the utility service. I/we understand that all bills are due and payable on the 5th of each month and monthly charges will being immediately upon connection to the Town's utility systems. I/we understand that the property owner is fully responsible for all utility bills or claims against the service address. I/we agree to conform to the rules and regulations established by the Town as a condition to the ongoing use of the Town’s water/sewer systems.
