Please use this form only for new connections on properties without existing service. For new accounts with existing service, use the Utility Service Form.

To view the Town's regulations on utilities, please view CMC Title 13. Connection fees are as follows: $3,000 for water or sewer service in-town limits or $6,000 for water and sewer; $5,000 for water or sewer service out-of-town limits or $10,000 for water and sewer service out-of-town limits; and an additional $3,000 for out-of-town sewer connections for properties located on the Boege Road sewer extension (which is not limited to Boege Road itself).

I/we, the undersigned, acknowledge and agree to pay all costs related to the installation of my utility service, including the connection fees which are due in full prior to the Town undertaking any work or scheduling service installations and the actual labor and materials of the service installation which will be billed to me after the connection is made. Further, I/we agree to indemnify the town from any loss or damage that may directly or indirectly be caused by the installation or repair of the utility service. I/we understand that all bills are due and payable on the 5th of each month and monthly charges will being immediately upon installation. I/we understand that the property owner is fully responsible for all utility bills or claims against the service address. I/we agree to conform to the rules and regulations established by the Town as a condition to the ongoing use of the Town’s water/sewer systems.
