Stormwater bills are due on March 1 and September 1 of each year, unless it falls on a weekend or legal state holiday then they are due the following business day. (The first due date has been extended by 60 days due to delayed billing.)

Who is responsible for paying the bill?
The property owner is responsible for payment. Bills may be mailed to a tenant or agent, but the owner remains responsible for any unpaid charges. Please contact our office for any account changes.
What if I think my bill is incorrect?
You may request a review or appeal your charge within 60 days. Please contact Town Hall to begin the process.
