Lawn, Park, and Streets Maintenance Services RFP

The Town of Cathlamet is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified contractors for lawn, park, and streets maintenance services across various locations throughout the Town. The selected contractor will perform routine mowing, trimming, weed control, debris removal, and other maintenance activities, as outlined in the Scope of Work.

Completed proposals must be received no later than 12:30 p.m. on Thursday, November 20, 2025, at Town Hall, 25 Broadway Street, PO Box 68, Cathlamet, WA 98612. All proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked: “LAWN MAINTENANCE RFP”. Late submissions will not be considered. The RFP packet is available online at www.townofcathlamet.com/bidding-roster. All updates, notices, and clarifications will be posted on the Town’s website. It is the responsibility of each proposer to monitor the website for any changes. Questions may be directed to sarahc@townofcathlamet.com.
