Development and restoration of the last piece of town-owned waterfront property, the former site of the town's sewer lagoons, into a scenic and accessible 7-acre recreational space for visitors to relax and experience the beauty of the Columbia River. Features include lighted, walking paths, signage, a picnic pavilion and more.
