WATERFRONT PARK PHASE 1 - Development (2023-2026)

PROJECT SUMMARY
The Town of Cathlamet is transforming its last piece of town-owned waterfront property, formerly the town's sewer lagoon site, into a seven-acre scenic and accessible Waterfront Park along the Columbia River. Supported by grant funding, the project includes new and renovated walking paths, lighting, signage, a picnic shelter, tables and benches, and landscaping improvements. This park will offer passive and active recreation, providing a serene space for visitors to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of the river.

> Costs: $583,420.00(Grant Funding) + $397,112.00(Town Funding) = Total: $980,532.00

> Documents/Design: Due to additional surveying and design requirements, finalized plans will be available here once they have been provided by our engineers, Gray & Osborne in August 2025.
