PROJECT SUMMARY
Creates a safe, connected and accessible sidewalk on the north side of S. 3rd St. in front of Julius A. Wendt Elementary School campus, connecting to the Wahkiakum High School campus, separating children and foot traffic from school buses and moving vehicles.
