Land-Use Permits

Land-use permits must be obtained prior to various activities, modifications or new construction in town-limits. 

PERMITTING PROCESS

1. Applicants with projects in-town limits must complete a Town application and submit the required fees to the Town of Cathlamet.
2. Once your application, attachments and any fees are submitted to the Town, it will be forwarded to Wahkiakum County Building & Planning for plan review and inspections. 
3. Applications may be subject to Council approval.
