REQUIREMENTS
Businesses operating or located within the town limits who earn a gross annual income of $2,001 or more are required to obtain a Town business license endorsement. Licensing regulation are fees are established by the Town Council and set forth in CMC Title 5.
In order to simplify the licensing process for businesses, the Town has partnered with the Washington State Department of Revenue to provide one-stop filing for both state and town business licenses. It usually takes less than one week for the Town to approve a new licensing request once it has been received from the DOR.
FEES
License fees are calculated based on the annual revenue of the business as follows:
