The Town's pet license regulations are established by the Town Council and set forth in CMC Title 6; recently updated by 636-20.
Fees collected from pet licenses will be used to help enforce any pet regulations set forth in the Cathlamet Municipal Code. The Town is currently working on obtaining a contract with the Cowlitz County Humane Society.
Town Pet License Fees are as follows:

Dogs that are considered dangerous must also be registered with the Wahkiakum County Sheriff's Department and obtain an additional license from the Town ($100.00). Dangerous Dog Codes.
